The agreement between us.
Last updated: April 2026 · Pre-launch placeholder
This is a placeholder. The full Ozaia terms of service will be published before public launch, after a complete review with legal counsel covering US consumer law, health-adjacent disclaimers, and international jurisdictions.
What you are agreeing to today
By joining the Ozaia waitlist with your email, you are agreeing to receive a small number of messages from us about the launch of the Ozaia presence. That is the entire scope of this agreement during the pre-launch period.
Ozaia is a presence, not a clinician
Ozaia is being built as a wellness and emotional presence for women. Ozaia is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, a mental health crisis, or any situation that requires professional intervention, please contact a licensed provider or local emergency services immediately.
Your content stays yours
Anything you share with the Ozaia presence in the future, including conversations, voice notes, health logs, and entries inside your private circles, remains your content. We do not claim ownership over what you write or what you say to Ozaia. The full content rights, license, and deletion mechanics will be detailed here at launch.
Depth of presence
Ozaia's emotional core, where a woman can be heard, will always be free. Over time, Ozaia can deepen her understanding through continued presence. Some levels of depth, including expanded private circles, asynchronous expert access, and structured health summaries for your clinician, will be part of a paid experience. Pricing, billing, refunds, and cancellation will be described here in full at launch.
Acceptable use
Please use Ozaia in good faith. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape its content, impersonate other users, or use the experience to harm anyone. Ozaia is built around dignity; misuse undermines that for everyone.
Changes
When the full terms of service are published, this page will be replaced. If you are on the waitlist at that point, we will tell you, plainly, what changed and what it means for you before you ever open the app.
