How we hold her trust.

Last updated: April 2026 · Pre-launch placeholder

This is a placeholder. The full Ozaia privacy policy will be published before public launch, after a complete review with privacy counsel and a HIPAA / GDPR compliance audit.

What we collect today

During the pre-launch waitlist, Ozaia collects only the email address you choose to share, the moment you share it, and (if you opt in) the language you would like Ozaia to reach out in. Nothing else.

Why we collect it

So we can write to you once, when Ozaia is ready to open her doors. Your email is stored in our waitlist provider and is never sold, never rented, and never shared with third parties for advertising.

What we will collect later

When the Ozaia app is live, the privacy policy on this page will be replaced with the full document covering: account data, conversational content with the Ozaia presence, optional health logs, the QR-based private circles, expert exchanges, and any data exported as a synthesis to a healthcare provider. Each category will be described in plain language with clear retention periods.

What we will never do

Ozaia will never sell your data, never use your conversations to train third-party models, and never expose anything from your private circle outside of the people you have invited. The emotional layer of Ozaia will always be free; no part of the experience will be paywalled in a way that turns silence into a price.

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to delete the email you joined the waitlist with. Write to contact@ozaia.app and we will remove it within seven days.
